Our Collections

Kim Ehrman

At Lavender Finch, we organize our products into collections based on personas. These are real people in my life who have quite different card-sending preferences.

Here's a bit about each of them.

Rachel

Rachel is a dear friend, and she may hold the record for sending me the most cards. Rachel specializes in warm encouragement (with great handwriting!).

The Rachel collection has modern greeting cards for the friend who sees the best in those around them, with a smidge of whimsy.

Carol

Carol is my mother. :) She is a truth teller in the best way. She reminds people around her that they're loved, both through words of affirmation and a well-practiced gift of hospitality.

The Carol collection features modern greeting cards with Bible-centered encouragement.

Michael

Who doesn't love receiving encouragement at work? I have had the privilege of getting quite a few notes from my favorite manager (shhh, don't tell all the others). Michael sends specific thanks and encouragement with incredible genuineness, and I'm always thrilled to see his characteristic all-caps handwriting in my mailbox.

The Michael collection includes warm, professional greeting cards to strengthen connections with colleagues and business partners.

Meghan

Meghan is one of my favorite people on the planet. She has a biting wit that might seem harsh if it weren't surrounded with incredible caring and generosity (not to mention inspiring leadership). We all have a lot to learn from Meghan.

The Meghan collection has extra fresh greeting cards with a snarky edge.

Fred

Fred is my dad. He sends really wise, caring cards... if you can decipher his famously illegible handwriting.

He prefers blank cards to accommodate any kind of messaging. And so the Fred collection includes a nearly-blank canvas so your thoughts can shine through.

Annette

Annette is my sister. She is unique in this list, as she doesn't love sending a card... rather, her addition is a bit tongue in cheek. When she went to Air Force Basic Training, our grandmother (we called her O'Ma) sent a card, along with a fill-in-the-blank, self-addressed, stamped postcard to make getting a response as easy as possible.

O'Ma is the only one of us who got a response from Annette over those weeks. Inspired by this experience, the Annette collection includes fill-in-the-blank cards to prompt an answer from your more reluctant responders.

We hope you'll find a collection that resonates with your personal style. If you don't, please email us at hello@lavenderfinch.com and we'd love to hear your thoughts.
